• You are solely responsible for ensuring that staking or other activities comply with your local regulations.

2. Staking Interface

• aptcore.one provides a non-custodial interface to delegate Aptos (APT) tokens to our validator node.
• We do not custody user assets. You maintain full control of your tokens at all times.
• No guarantees are made regarding validator uptime, reward rates, or risk avoidance.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of aptcore.one or its licensors. You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

4. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or uninterrupted service. See the Disclaimer for additional legal limitations.

5. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Terms Revisions

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of aptcore.one is established.
